Financial Planning Services

  • Provide a comprehensive financial plan to establish financial goals, evaluate the current financial condition, analyze tax situation and insurance needs, direct investment and asset allocation towards your specific financial goals.
     

  • Build a retirement plan to identify retirement income sources; estimate your retirement income needs, project retirement capital available and establish savings and investment to achieve retirement goals.
     

  • Establish investment portfolios based on financial goals; recommend investment vehicles with consideration to individual risk tolerance and time horizon for investment.
     

  • Review of current income tax picture and provide future tax projection; identify tax saving ideas and provide tax estimates based on various scenarios.

Fee Structure for Financial Planning:
Fee for each financial planning service will be based on scope of services and hours needed, to be determined in advance of engagement services.

Consultation service will be based on hourly fee

Investment Management Services

Investment Management Services:
Each investment portfolio is customized to meet one's financial goal, risk tolerance, and time horizon of investment. Implementation of financial plan and retirement capital projection are recommended before investment portfolio is put together. Risk tolerance and time horizon of individual investor will be assessed. 

The investment vehicles used will depend on the results of the evaluation of financial objectives, risk tolerance and time horizon established for the portfolios. In general, each portfolio will have asset allocation consisting of stocks/stock mutual funds, bonds/bond mutual funds and cash. Diversification of investment is emphasized.

Portfolio can be established with Charles Schwab Institutional services or other brokerage firms that client preferred. Selection of brokerage firm will be based on reliability of service, fees and variety of investment vehicles available.

Investment recommendations will be provided and client will approve each security transaction.

Portfolio performance will be monitored and tracked. Monthly reports are sent to clients. The performance of each security will be presented in the report and will be used to make buy, hold and sell decision.

Fee Structure for Asset Management Services:
Fees are based on the size of the portfolio monitored. In general it will be in a range of 0.5% to 1% annually based on the portfolio value. The fee will be charged quarterly in advance. The service can be terminated at any time with each party giving a 30 days notice.
